2. Services Provided

Oak Hills Garage Door Service provides residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, design consultation, and related services in Oak Hills, CA and surrounding High Desert communities.

All service work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. We reserve the right to decline any service request that we determine, in our sole discretion, we are unable to perform safely or competently.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Quoted estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information and a valid service address.
• Ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the scheduled service window.
• Provide reasonable access to the garage door, equipment, and power supply as needed for our technicians.

Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window. Delays due to traffic, prior service calls, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

• Service call fees are charged at the time of diagnosis and are non-refundable if the customer declines the recommended service.
• For larger installations, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oak Hills Garage Door Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, or personal injury arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our website content.
• Pre-existing conditions, damage, or deficiencies in your garage door system discovered during service.
• Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Oak Hills Garage Door Service warrants its labor and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service, unless a separate written warranty is provided at the time of service. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in pursuing if applicable.

This labor warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature.
• Damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Oak Hills Garage Door Service.
• Normal wear and tear on components.
• Pre-existing conditions present before our service.

Except as expressly set forth herein, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
